GreenLeaf Homes provides regulated supported accommodation for young people aged 16–18+, operating single-sex residential settings for both males and females in line with safeguarding and placement requirements. Our service is underpinned by a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based model of care, designed to promote safety, stability, and developmental outcomes as young people prepare for independent living. We welcome referrals from local authorities, professionals, and partner organizations.

Who We Support

We offer placements for young people who:

  • Are aged 16 to 21

  • Are in care, leaving care, or facing homelessness

  • Individuals who require gender-specific settings to support safety, wellbeing, and confidence

  • Young people working toward independent living

How to Make a Referral

We accept referrals from:

  • Local authority placement teams and social workers

  • Youth offending teams and personal advisors

  • Charities, VAWG services, and supported housing providers

  • Health and education professionals

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your referral:

  • Acknowledgement: We’ll confirm receipt within one working day.

  • Assessment: Our team will review the information and arrange an initial suitability assessment with the young person and their support network.

  • Placement Decision: If appropriate, we’ll confirm placement availability and begin transition planning.
